Earlier this month, I had the honor of visiting the three sacred lakes in the Rocky Mountain National Park: Nymph Lake, Dream Lake, and Emerald Lake. These three lakes lie along a single trail, so hiking back and forth is activating and feels like an initiation. On the map they resemble a woman lying with her head facing up. This location is also linked with Avalon and the lion energy. Truly incredible!
The Triple Goddess represented by these lakes embodies the Maiden, Mother, and Crone archetypes depicted in the Triquetra symbol. The three lakes align in a straight row from right to left. Their energies create overlapping concentric circles (between Maiden and Mother, and Mother and Crone), signifying the linear timeline and transition periods within our time-space reality. However, as we know, time does not exist so one can always tap into each phase, learning to balance their energy and move harmoniously with the natural cadence of the cosmos. This is also why the Triquetra symbol has three intertwining circles, and learning how to navigate between Past, Present, and Future is essential for mastering our lived experiences.
Each embodiment of the Triple Goddess shares with me their beautiful messages about what they represent. The Triple Goddess also shares a beautiful message about the divine purpose of the Divine Masculine as the protector of the Divine Feminine. By connecting with the powerful energy of the Emerald Sword and the Emerald City, the Divine Masculine shall remember what it means to be the wielder of the Emerald Sword.

“Nymph Lake Goddess: Greetings beloved souls! It is such an honor to speak with you today. It is very peaceful here where I reside. Here I am, lying on this sacred land. Spring has begun and I am ready to show myself fully under the sunlight. Within the water that I embody, you will see the reflection of the beauty of the organic blueprint of the world you are living in. I embody the energy of the Maiden, light and effortlessly floating in the aether as I feel the movement of the water within me.
When you tap into my energy, you will feel the beginning point where everything is in balance and harmony. From this zero point, new energy and new worlds spring forth while still maintaining this energetic balance. That is what my energy represents: a new beginning with a strong foundation of peace, love, and harmony. Without this foundation, anything created is not in sync with Mother Earth’s heartbeat. It is very important that you feel this harmonious energy within yourself when you visit me, so that everything you create is beautiful and full of life.
The energy of the Maiden is very pure, innocent, and full of potential. It is the love and the laughter of appreciation for all life forms, whether they are new flowers blooming, animals emerging from hibernation, or tiny leaves sprouting from the soil. It is so important that you remember that innocence and the purity within you and understand that it is not a weakness to embody these vibrations, even though society might tell you otherwise. Some people might say, “What a silly girl! She does not know how the world is running. She is going to be easily taken advantage of if she behaves like this.” This is far from the truth. Your purity and innocence are the most precious gifts that you are bringing into this world, for you are spreading love, joy, and activating the organic blueprints of Mother Earth and the Universe in the most magnificent way. Being sarcastic, defensive, and acting like a know-it-all is not the answer. That is not how you assist Mother Earth in healing. You are the most precious gem that has been seeded onto this Earth to bring more Light and Love. So stay true to yourself. Stay true to your mission. Remember who you are. That is the message I want to deliver today.
Dream Lake Goddess: Greetings! I am the Dream Lake Goddess. I am the Dream Lake Goddess. I am the Dream Lake Goddess. It is such an honor to speak with you in this time and space. What a beautiful journey you have embarked upon to remember the meaning of the Triquetra symbol and understand its significance in your spiritual journey and the collective awakening process.
I am also Mother. Why do they call me the Dream Lake Goddess you might wonder. Because dreaming is how you connect with the Womb of the Universe where you are birth out the organic timelines. Through dreams, whether daydreaming, meditation, or sleeping, you birth forth new ideas and realities. It is a very sacred mission to embody the Divine Mother’s energy and use your free will to express her beauty and love. Dreaming is where everything begins. Dreaming is where you bridge the energies of the unseen world into your physical time-space reality. Through dreams, you also remember who you are as a divine creator being, free from the restrictions of your physical body. You can be all that you want to be.
You can see me as a sleeping woman floating in the middle of this Dream Lake. This is also a representation of you during dreamtime, venturing out beyond the veil, connecting to the stars, the animal kingdoms, the elements, and the forest spirit to receive divine messages. When you wake up, you bring all the light codes and wisdom gathered during dreamtime into your reality, and by doing this, you birth out the organic timelines.
Divine Father is here, embracing and protecting me with his trident as the protector of the Creator. Our divine union creates new worlds through the seeding of our children. Within your human experience, this is the period when you have found your purpose. You understand why you are here. It will look different for everyone because each of you are a unique expression of Source. But the fundamental purpose is for you to remember who you are as the embodiment of the Divine Mother. You remember the sacredness of being in harmony with nature, and you understand the importance of protecting new life, Mother Earth, and yourself as the vessel entrusted by the Divine. You remember your responsibility to yourself and to others, and you take on this responsibility without hesitation because you know this is what you came here to do. With your power, you can transmute anything negative, restore balance and harmony, and heal anything, for this has always been encoded within you. You remember that you are always guided by the ancestors, by us, by the God and Goddesses, and the Archangels.
And so it is a dream. You are aware that everything is a dream, and what you experience in your physical time-space reality is also another dream. You are dreaming into reality, so you learn not to take things too seriously. You learn to appreciate everything around you with all your senses but also not to attach to this life. Once you venture into another world, you change your frequencies, for you have the capability to experience an entirely different world of your choosing. You realize that you are a powerful divine being, that you are love, and that power is illuminating from your core essence.
The Mother period is like the Golden period of your time. So it is Silver for the Maiden, Gold for the Mother, and Diamond for the Crone.
Do not forget to dream. Do not forget to dream. You are in a dream, so take control of your reality. That is our message for you today. Thank you.
Emerald Lake Goddess/Divine Mother Sophia: Greetings! I am Divine Mother Sophia. I am Divine Mother Sophia. I am Divine Mother Sophia. The Maiden of the Nymph Lake and the Mother of the Dream Lake have spoken, and now I shall share with you the beautiful energy of the Crone, the Grandmother of Creation. I am sending waves of love to you. I want to awaken the remembrance of the Creator within you.
Within your human experience, this is when everything slows down, like Winter, when you have gained wisdom from all your life experiences as the Maiden and as the Mother. You want to be a teacher. You want to share your wisdom with the world. You want to remind people of the beauty that they are. This is the period when you impart your wisdom to the children and the young people who seek guidance to navigate their lives. This is the period when you have learned to fully embody infinite love by tapping into the energy of the sacred Emerald Heart and channeling this love through your vessel to all living beings. You know how to do this masterfully because, throughout your lifetime, no matter the challenges you face, you have always chosen love, and so you know who you truly are without any doubts. You realize that all the lessons you learned have led you back to love. Even though you have always known you are born from love throughout your life as the Maiden and as the Mother, this is the period where your belief solidifies and becomes unshakable.
Now, you do not have to be an elderly person to embody the energy of the Crone. In fact, you can see and feel these three energies within the seasons and your female cycle. Even throughout a day, you constantly embody these energies. There is a micro cycle and a macro cycle. Truly, time does not exist, and you have access to many lifetimes; you can always tap into this wisdom, even if you are not an elder in this physical life yet. Similarly, if you are an elderly person in this life, you can always connect with the inner child within you and become the Maiden again. Feel the purity and innocence you experienced when you were first born into this world. You can do that. As the Maiden, you do not have to wait until you are pregnant and about to give birth, you can always tap into the Mother energy and talk to your future children.
Constantly communicating among the different phases of yourself—the Past, Present, and Future—is how you become a master in this living time-space reality. This is also how you will tremendously assist the Ascension process by speeding up both your individual and collective Ascension. That is the true meaning of the Triquetra and the three phases of a woman’s life.
Within the Emerald Lake, there is also the presence of the Emerald Sword that you see Divine Father Krysto and Archangel Michael carry. Another name for the sword is Excalibur. This sword assists the Triquetra energy in anchoring into this planet. This is the Sword of Truth. This is the Sword of Sovereignty. It is very sacred, and we safeguard it with great respect.
When you tap into the energy of the Emerald Sword, you, as the Divine Masculine, will remember your divine purpose as the Divine Protector of the Divine Feminine. As you walk the path along the three lakes, you will also remember your role, your responsibility, and your origins, serving as the Divine Protector for dreams to be manifested into reality and for new worlds to be created. You are the protector of the Womb space, helping the Divine Feminine embody a nurturing energy, allowing her to be in a state of pure love for all the creations she brings forth.
Your presence allows her to bloom like a flower without fear or the possibility of being harmed. That is your true purpose. So when you walk along this path, remember it, activate it within yourself, and connect to the sword. Reclaim your sovereignty and power as the true protector of the Divine. Assist the Divine Feminine, assist the children, assist the animals by opening your heart. We love you so much. All embodiments of the Divine Masculine, we love you very, very much. You shall be awakened as you walk this path, as you share the same divine purpose as Divine Mother, which is to embody and spread love.
As you heal yourself, you will become the wielder of the Emerald Sword. You will serve as the Divine Protector by speaking truth, for only those with a pure heart and a brave heart can wield the Emerald Sword, and that shall be you.
